Your data is stored securely on Supabase-managed infrastructure. We prefer the India region for data residency wherever available. All data is encrypted at rest and in transit using industry-standard protocols.

4. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services to operate LeadHQ:

• Supabase— database hosting and authentication.
• Cloudflare— DNS, CDN, and DDoS protection.
• Payment Processor— to securely process subscription payments. We do not store your full card details on our servers.

LeadHQ uses session cookies solely for authentication purposes. These cookies are essential for keeping you logged in and do not track you across other websites. We do not use advertising or third-party tracking cookies.

6. Data Retention & Deletion

We retain your account and lead data for as long as your account is active. If you cancel your account, we will delete your data within 30 days unless a longer retention period is required by law. You may request immediate deletion at any time by emailing us.

• Export— download your lead data in CSV or JSON format from the platform.
