1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using LeadHQ ("the Service"), operated at leadhq.in, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

LeadHQ is a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) lead management platform that helps businesses capture, organize, and convert leads through features including pipeline management, WhatsApp integration, automation, team collaboration, and reporting.

3. Account Registration & Security

To use the Service, you must create an account with accurate and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must notify us immediately at support@leadhq.in if you suspect any unauthorised use of your account.

4. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose.
• Upload malicious code, spam, or harmful content.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to other accounts or our systems.
• Resell or redistribute the Service without a valid Agency plan or written agreement.
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the Service — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software — are the exclusive property of LeadHQ and are protected by Indian and international intellectual property laws. You retain full ownership of the data you upload to the platform.

6. Payment Terms

• All plans are billed in INR (Indian Rupees).
• Subscriptions can be billed monthly or annually.
• Payment is due at the start of each billing cycle. Failure to pay may result in suspension of your account.
• Prices are subject to change with 30 days' prior notice.

7. Free Trial

LeadHQ offers a 14-day free trial with no credit card required. During the trial you have access to all features of your selected plan. At the end of the trial, you must subscribe to continue using the Service.

8. Cancellation & Termination

• You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings.
• Upon cancellation, your account remains active until the end of the current billing period.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, with or without notice.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, LeadHQ shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising out of or related to your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify registered users of material changes via email or an in-app notification. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
