Refund Policy

At LeadHQ, we want you to be completely satisfied with our service. Please read our refund policy below before making a purchase.
1. Free Trial
All new users receive a 14-day free trial with no credit card required. You will not be charged during the trial period. This gives you the opportunity to evaluate the platform before committing to a paid plan.
2. Monthly Plans
Monthly subscriptions can be cancelled at any time from your account settings. Upon cancellation, you retain access until the end of the current billing cycle. We do not provide refunds for partial months.
3. Annual Plans
- If you cancel within the first 30 days of your annual subscription, you are eligible for a pro-rata refund for the unused portion of the year.
- After 30 days, no refunds will be issued for annual plans. Your access continues until the end of the billing year.
4. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, email us at support@leadhq.in with your account email and reason for the refund. Please include your registered email address and order/invoice number if available.
5. Refund Processing Time
Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days. The refund will be credited to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.
6. Exceptions
Refunds will not be issued in cases of:
- Fraud— accounts involved in fraudulent activity.
- Abuse — violation of our Terms of Use or Acceptable Use Policy.
- Chargebacks— if a chargeback is filed instead of contacting us, the account will be suspended pending investigation.
